The Aboriginal Robot is i dungeon you'll encounter relatively early on on in Nobody Saves the Earth, and its unique attributes force you lot to approach combat a tad differently than you usually would. Here'south what you can expect from this dungeon and how you tin overcome it with ease.
The Ancient Robot is filled with enemies that take either Light or Sharp Wards, meaning that they can simply be damaged after being hit by either Light or Abrupt attacks. As such, it's important to customize your desired form's moveset to include both Light and Abrupt techniques.
One course nosotros recommend using is the Slug, as its signature motility, Tear Burst, is already a ranged Low-cal-type attack. To counter enemies with Sharp Wards, we equipped the Slug with the Pointer Flurry move. Below is the list of active and passive abilities we outfitted the Slug with before chirapsia the dungeon.
Active Abilities:
- Arrow Flurry
- Slime Slide
- Tear Burst
Passive Abilities:
- Slug's Secret
- Horsepower
The key to victory here is to take a ranged approach to combat. One of the Ancient Robot dungeon's unique traits is that its enemies explode upon expiry, which will hurt you if caught in the explosion. As such, melee builds are highly discouraged here. The Slug excels profoundly at keeping enemies at bay; the trail of ooze it leaves backside when traveling will wearisome any foes that try to follow it, making them prime number targets for your Tear Outburst or Arrow Flurry attacks. As long as you tin counter enemies' Wards while keeping your altitude, you shouldn't have also hard of a fourth dimension making information technology through the dungeon.
The Aboriginal Robot Dungeon Boss
This boss has a rather annoying trait. Information technology spits out projectiles that, in plough, spit out several smaller projectiles in all directions. It'due south very easy to get overwhelmed here, as the game begins to resemble a bullet-hell title closely. Like all other bosses, y'all'll be joined past waves of enemies as well. When a new wave spawns, kill the regular enemies get-go, then focus burn on the boss with Tear Burst. Make sure you're as far away as possible from the boss' projectiles as well, which should allow you more than fourth dimension to react to them. In one case the boss goes down, grab the dungeon's Jewel Shard, and you'll have conquered the Aboriginal Robot dungeon.
